At this stage The Happy Runner does not ship internationally (outside Australia).
The Happy Runner will ship within one working day to the order being placed.
Shipping can be either standard Australia Post deliver (expect 5-7 days for delivery), or Express Post (allow 1-2 days).

This policy sets out the circumstances in which goods or services ("Goods") supplied by The Happy Runner (ABN 77611245599) to a customer ("you") will be accepted for return.
This policy is in addition to any rights you have at law including under Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act, 2010).
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
The sale of Goods by The Happy Runner will be subject to certain laws including, without limitation Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).
Our Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Goods repaired or replaced if the Goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
Please choose carefully as The Happy Runner does not necessarily accept return of goods because you change your mind or make a wrong decision about The Happy Runner’s goods or services.

ASSESSMENT OF GOODS FOR RETURN
The Happy Runner reserves the right to assess the eligibility of Goods for return (including the condition and age of the goods) BEFORE accepting them as returned.
All Goods which a customer wants assessed for return must be accompanied by proof of purchase from The Happy Runner (receipt or other proof of transaction; and in a resalable condition, complete with any out of box accessories supplied as part of the purchase.
Where it is necessary for the manufacturer of the Goods to inspect the Goods in order to assess eligibility for return, The Happy Runner will endeavor to organize such assessment within a reasonable time.
While Goods are being assessed, The Happy Runner will not be deemed to have accepted the Goods for return.
We are unable to accept returns or exchange items that have been customised unless they have been found faulty after detailed examination by ourselves and/or the manufacturer of the Goods.
WHEN GOODS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN
The Happy Runner will accept Goods for return only after assessment as set out above and where the Goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL and/or are subject to any express warranty given by The Happy Runner or
the manufacturer of the Goods.
