Whether you're a seasoned campaigner looking to add in some extra k's or a first time runner, come and spend an hour of your Thursday evenings with a bunch of like minded people.
Kicking off at five thirty, our runs are suitable for all fitness levels, although kids under 13 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
We mix up the starts and the courses, and generally don't set the route until lunchtime Thursday as some runs work better than others in different conditions.
Normal run length is between 7 and 8k, if it's any longer we will always provide a shorter alternative, and while it's generally a social run, we will on occasions (or upon request) mix it up with a specific training session focussing on speed, hills or technique, or bring in a pro to share info on nutrition or injury prevention and management.
